So in this episode, we're going to be talking about regret and how to let go of regret. So I want to be talking you through

some ways that you can kind of live with and without regret. Now, the first thing that I want

you to focus on is how regret can be useful versus when it becomes damaging. I think that regret can actually serve a purpose. I think

there's a lot of emotions that can serve a purpose if used properly. So there's going to be times

where you're going to have like negative emotions, but they're still going to be quite like useful.

For example, anger, you don't want to sit in anger, but it also teaches you

something about, you know, it's a secondary emotion and it teaches you something. The same goes for

regret. When you feel regret, while it's something that you never want to sit in for a prolonged

period of time, it can teach you something. If you feel regret and you don't address it and you

brush it under the rug, then you're more likely to repeat similar mistakes and then be regretting similar things.
