It's a lot story so the short side it is and actually I'll start even I can start off with a correction and in reality everything that I do has health and fitness sort of flowing all the way through it because I'm a huge believer that

anytime in the natural world any time out in nature and the wilderness actually

promotes more health than anywhere else can you know far better than any gym sort of thing.

So for me, being out of the wilderness scheme and adventuring in nature has always been a huge massive part of improving and contributing just good health and fitness.
