0:04.6

value packed episode. We're going to talk all around why raising your prices or how pricing

0:10.5

affects your business and ultimately the secrets to how to raise prices and what it means,

0:15.6

what pricing actually means in your business. Okay. So and for those of you who are watching

0:19.4

live or on live on Instagram right now, I made the executive decision recently that from now on on the podcast, I'm in my alter ego.

0:25.6

All right. This is, uh, this is trailer park Doug. This is kind of where I come from. Uh,

0:30.1

got a lot of white, white trash in my blood that I'm proud about. And this is my Halloween outfit too. So this is just how I am on the podcast from now on. This is who I am. This is like where I'm comfortable at. I'll probably, I'll probably say some motherfucking things.

0:41.7

I might say some things are offensive, but because I have this wig on, it doesn't count because it's

1:09.8

to have the most success possible.

1:11.3

All right. So let's just dive in. But I want to tell a quick story around, you know, what low

1:16.0

1:21.9

sell cars, which now that you're looking at me and you're seeing this, this wig, this mullet wig is

1:26.4

probably like, okay, this makes sense. But I was a used car salesman at one point. I owned my own buy here,

1:31.9

pay here dealership. It was like low income, special finance type company and kind of a long story

1:36.2

how I got into it. You know, long story short, my dad owned a property in a small town in London,

1:41.9

Ohio that was in like a residential area. And I came up

1:45.3

with an idea to put something commercial in. So I also had a connection with a guy whose family
