Summary

What do you do when quitting pornography feels really difficult? In this episode, I offer a powerful mindset shift that can completely change how you approach the hardest parts of this process. Instead of seeing discomfort as a sign that something has gone wrong, I invite you to see it as one of the most valuable skills you can develop.

You’ll learn how building your ability to handle discomfort can transform not only your journey to quit pornography, but every area of your life. This episode will help you reframe difficulty as growth, process uncomfortable emotions more effectively, and strengthen your ability to handle life’s challenges.
