not just the person in charge.

You know, I just learned in a couple of days you're going to be interviewing for the Tennessee

Titans head coach job. I got to tell you, I'm glad you didn't dump me. I wouldn't miss this for

the world, David. So is this a job you're really, really excited about or is it just exploratory?

You know, I love coaching football. I did it for a long time and feel really fortunate to have done it.

And I love the job I have now. I mean, I work for NBC and, you know, I would do football

night in America on Sunday nights and I have a great group of people. And, you know, this just came

upon me. Their general manager reached out and we had a good conversation. And he said,

what do you think about, you know, coming down and talking to us about, you know, what your vision is for the Tennessee Titans? So I said, absolutely. You know, I've done this before. And like I said, I love coaching. I love being the head coach of the Cowboys. So this will be a fun opportunity. It's not like I was looking for this necessarily, but it came upon me and, you know, we're going to go down and visit. It'll be a fun, it'll be a fun opportunity. you know, we're going to go down and visit. It'll be a fun, it'll be a fun day. You won division titles as a cowboy coach, you're the coach of the year. You know, you obviously have a great resume, but how do you personally get prepared for an interview like this? You know, I think more than anything else, you just have to think about it.

You have to think about, you know, what your vision is for the team and what you want the team to look like.
