So the first thing that I did to improve my life, improve my day was one night I was talking to Scott and I said, listen,

I just realized that I haven't been given, I just realized that I haven't been giving myself enough time. And when I say time,

I haven't been given myself enough personal time. Having kids that are toddlers and three years old

and they are able to wake up and come in your room first thing in the morning, it just starts my

day off in a really odd way. Now, I'm not saying

that I don't love my kids and I don't love the fact that they hug and jump and just get

in the bed and, you know, just give us a tremendous amount of joy in the morning. But what I realize

is that because I don't start my day off giving myself time

I realize that the day goes by and I don't give myself time at all and the first thing I changed
