He says the, you know, one great way to keep yourself healthy is an early morning walk every day, if only for 10 or 15 minutes.

And I have to say, I mostly do that, because I go down to my newsagent, down in the village, so to speak, down the hill, and pick up my papers

and then come back. And the problem is the papers are getting later and later every day,

because, you know, production techniques are not like they were in

your day and mine when they could produce five different editions of the paper.

They tend to produce an early one, which is available at about midnight, and a late one,

which doesn't get out to about 7 o'clock these days.

But anyway, that's the way the business has gone but that early morning

walk it really wakes me up it does me a um a power of good last weekend of course the clocks went

back and i fell through as usual and got up an hour the wrong side of the clock you know what i mean

because i've forgotten to put my clocks back how old old are you? You're still not used to this.

Most of the clocks in my place go back automatically, you know?
