created by a gentleman with little. It's an interval program. So you know it's not about the fitness for me at all, but I do want to, I would love to create greater health in you. It will not be about what the mirror looks like, what the scale says, but I would love to train

your heart, your cardiovascular and your well-being inside of you today in a kind of practical way.

So we're going to do that through these timed intervals.

We're going to warm up for about three minutes. Yes, three minutes.

So that's why warm up now.

Once the music starts, you'll get about three minutes.

So usually I like you to have about five to a seven minute warm up.

So move your feet now and be excited and then once we pass that warm up
