Summary
It's so fun to have a platform where we get to feature amazing women and we want to use it to feature more of you and share more stories from women who are at all different stages of their business journey. So today's session is a mentor session with one of the members of our very own Powerhouse Women Girl Gang Membership. I can't wait for you to meet her and listen in on our live mentor session. I hope you enjoy the conversation as much as I did!
Hi I'm Kristen! I'm the founder of Salt City Networking, a girl's night out themed business networking event for women in business. I graduated with my bachelors in PR and immediately started working in event planning & social media management. From there, I started my own Marketing & Digital Design business that I still own alongside Salt City Networking and being a full-time wife & mom. My entrepreneurial spirit started at a young age; from creating my own business cards at age nine, to selling watches out of my locker in middle school. When I'm not designing/planning my next big project, you can find me in the mountains or stacking up my rewards points at Chick-Fil-A.
In this episode we talk about:
- Being a leader vs being a follower
- Capturing all the work you're doing so you can create systems + processes in order to delegate
- The best way to communicate for sponsorships
