We've had her on the show a few times, but today is the first time I get to announce that she is not only an Olympian and national champion, but she is an American record holder.

Emily started her national winning ways in Indianapolis back in 2007 when she won the USATF 5,000 meter championship as a junior. This past weekend,

she not only won another national championships in the half marathon, but she set the American
