You've heard the saying, you are what you eat.

I'm going to make a small edit for our purposes today.

You are what you drink, and you can choose what you drink.

This episode talks about one of those big church words, sanctification.

Turning down the cups of anxiety, anger, guilt to show up in your life and instead, accepting

what the Holy Spirit offers to drink from the rivers of living one.

Fruitless and frustrated is a phrase that describes too many of God's children.

We don't want it to.

The promise of Galatians 5.22 entices us, but when the Holy Spirit controls our lives,

He will produce this kind of fruit in us, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness,

faithfulness.

Now, if you have all the patience, kindness and joy that you need, you can take a nap.

If not, you can take note because your Heavenly Father wants to talk to you about the secret

of His vineyard and it's summarized in one phrase, abiding faith bears abundant fruit,

abiding faith results and bears abundant fruit.

These five words summarize the final sermon of Jesus.

He wants you and I to understand that apart from the vine, Jesus, we, the branch,

cannot bear any fruit, but connected to the vine, we can look for abundant fruitfulness.
