Summary
One of the final episodes of the Primal Potential podcast for 2016! I get super fired up debunking this notion that some people are "all or nothing". No, you aren't.
However, you won't exceed your expectations so if that's the story you keep telling yourself, that's the path you'll continue to choose.
You control the narrative, the narrative doesn't control you.
As I explain in today's episode, maybe you always sleep on the left side of the bed. Does that make you a "left side of the bed person"? No, of course not.
You're 100% capable of sleeping on the right side of the bed or on the floor. It's just that you've made the decision, the choice, to sleep on the left side of the bed a lot.
That pattern has nothing to do with what you're capable of today.
However, if you tell yourself that you can only sleep on the left side of the bed, guess what? You'll be right every time.
You won't exceed your expectations so if they aren't getting you where you want to go, it's time to change them.
This is an episode you won't want to miss!
