| 0:57.0 | I want to talk about today. It's just a recognition of something I think we've all felt definitely over the past year. |
| 1:05.0 | But it's a pretty common thing in life and that's feeling a bit lonely or very lonely or somewhere in between. |
| 1:14.0 | And I think this has been and still is an unavoidable experience in life regardless of whether you're single or not, regardless of whether you have a ton of friends or not, you work an incredible job or not whatever. |

| 2:57.0 | And I'm kind of proud of myself for switching my brain from assuming that being alone means I'm lonely from that to one of literally celebrating being alone. |
| 3:08.0 | And to me, it's kind of cool how this happened, like not forced, like subconsciously, like it happened to happen organically. |
| 3:15.0 | You know, it's not like I had much of a choice. I suppose this past year spending so much forced time alone, but it happened. |
| 3:22.0 | You know, learning that being alone does not mean I am lonely. |
| 3:27.0 | And I think I learned that in a really kind of beautiful, natural way. Right. It's not like, you know, I felt lonely, but then I just wheeled myself to not feel lonely. |
