Journaling is so fun because you can take what's in your brain and see it on paper and

observe it like a scientist. You can write down your stream of consciousness, whatever's in there,

and you can write down the things you dream about in the future,

which I call vision journaling. You can write what happened during your day. I do that as well.

I don't know about you, but I have so many journals. I have one that's leather with a tree.

I have one that's turquoise with a bird. And each journal I use for a different purpose.

My leather journal is kind of my dream journal. I write about the things I want in the future as if

they're already here and I feel the energy of them. In my basic brown journal, I write about what

happened each day and that's the one I plan to leave for my kids and my posterity one day.

I have a journal where I just write all my thoughts and anything goes on to that page.

That's when I do not plan to leave from my kids because sometimes it has some craziness on the
