into some tips and advice and guidance and experiences as he's built a highly successful specialty foods company.

So Dave Hirschkopp is a serial entrepreneur and the founder and creative force behind Dave's Gourmet. You probably have heard of Dave's Gourmet. I know I have.

Dave Gourmet is a specialty foods company that makes a wide range of products including

gourmet pasta sauce, hot sauce, condiments,

and spices. And you've probably heard of Dave's Gourmet Insanity Sauce. I believe that was one of

the first products. His first business venture ever was a restaurant. And so we'll chat about that,

which is at that restaurant where the idea for his hot sauces were born.

Dave's Gourmet initially specialized in hot sauces and then has expanded into a range of products, as I mentioned, including pasta sauces, condiments, and spices.

His products have earned more than 17 prestigious specialty outstanding food innovation awards, including

best in category four times and counting. Twice his pasta sauces were honored as best in the

industry. He's all about the quality of the product. And so we'll talk about that as he has

experienced in his success with building a specialty foods company.
