Take a moment to think about one thing that you did well, even if it's really, really small, and give yourself a pat on the back.

For example, maybe you sent a nice message to a friend or looked after your physical health

by going for a walk or put some real effort into a work project or cleaning your home.

Remember that little thing that you did and tell yourself, hey, I did a good job.

Sometimes we can be so quick to focus on our mistakes and shortcomings, especially during difficult
