maybe help with some peace of mind, maybe help with some healing in your heart. I want to be very clear.

I am not a psychologist in any way, shape, or form. But over the past 20 years, I have been in a classroom with people, a group exercise

classroom with people, and I've seen them go on an emotional journey.

What a lot of people don't know is when people walk into a group exercise classroom,

what's actually happening is a plethora of emotions.

Some people come in there extremely excited and free and they're having a great day.

Some people walk in and they're very intimidated and extremely nervous to be moving in front of people.

And then there are people who are somewhere in the middle of the road where they've been

maybe going to the gym for a while or they may have been going to their class for a while.

And they are in this stride in their journey.

The reason why I'm using that example in this opening is because I have had the privilege of actually diving deep

into the emotions of people into their psyche. And while weight loss and fitness is definitely

a driving force for people's mindset to go either in a great direction or haywire.

One of the things that I've really focused on is really conversating with people who are open to it

to find out what kind of baggage they're actually bringing into the class.

And from doing that over the past 20 years and running test groups and helping people lose

hundreds of pounds and groups lose thousands and 10,000 of pounds, I would say that I've had

my 10,000 hours of understanding the psyche of people beyond the fitness and knowing how they are actually maneuvering their way through life when
