We are back with another episode in our new series Break Up with Burnout and I've been getting some amazing feedback from this series and that just tells me I'm not the only one who flirts with this line of feeling productive, getting things done/on the edge of burnout. Today I wanted to share with you the 5 questions that I have started to use when I feel I'm getting a little closer to that burnout line than I'd like to be.

And I have to tell you, I've gotten so many messages from people who are loving this series,

the only one that sometimes kind of flirts with this line between productive, getting a lot

done, and totally burning out. So today I wanted to share with you five questions that I

have started to use and ask myself when I feel as though I'm getting a little

bit close to that burnout line, a little bit closer than I would like to be.

And I think it's really, really critical to develop this self-awareness, being able to pause

even in the midst of the craziest seasons of our life and really

reflect on what we have control over. And oftentimes what I am stressing out most about or what I feel

is pushing me closer to that burnout line are things that I can't control.

But in any situation, there are a lot of things that we can.

And so this is a practice that I've developed that I've used in those seasons that just feel
