The neuroscience of helping your people love what they do came across my desk, and I immediately was intrigued,

because I love to know why the brain is the way it is and how we can harness its power.

Dan is a widely respected thinker as it relates to the community of management experts, scholars, and beyond.

And as a social psychologist, he really understands the work, and he understands how the brain works.

This was a fascinating conversation for me.

We sent our equipment across the ocean to do this interview with Dan in London, and the quality just didn't turn out like we are used to.
