Are you using your talents doing work that you love?

Oh, absolutely.

Lee Ellis knew his passion and talents early in life.

After college, he pursued his dream becoming an Air Force fighter pilot.

With experience, he became a leader and manager of officer development programs. After his military career, he developed career and

leadership assessments, and that led him into his current role as a leadership consultant, an executive

coach, author, and keynote speaker. That's the executive summary of where you are now, Lee.

Tell our listeners what you're about and what you're fired up about. Well, in my world today,

I get to do leadership, consulting, and coaching. Really, it's kind of diagnosing of what's going

wrong and what's going well and helping people grow to a higher level.

And I guess deep down, I've always had this passion about helping people develop and grow.

I didn't know that so much until I became a leader, but as a leader, I did that.

And it always paid off because my people made me look good.

They got better and better, and that made me look good.

And so unconsciously almost, people were helping me to succeed as a leader.
