Dr Adam Matthews and today we're going to talk about sexy getaway why to do

this and how to do this what to do as if they didn't know already on a sexy romantic

getaway. Let's clarify what we're talking about right too because we're talking

about to me the point of this is maybe to rekindle some things that were lost

I mean obviously you can take a sexy getaway win after

just to boost the sex life but that's maybe even either rekindling getting

some newness and freshness involved in it, taking it to another level.

But we're talking about where it's specifically useful, where you're intentionally going away to be together,

to be intimate with each other and to have sex.

Yes, and I think couples should do this four times a year.

Like quarterly.

They should get away, get out of their master bedroom, and get to a hotel room or to a

vacation spot. I'm not saying it has to be expensive, but every quarter they should step out of their house and out of their rolls, you know, and really

focus on them as a couple.

Yeah, what are the advantages do you think to that?

Especially, I mean, times, well, sex.

Adam, Adam, it reminds me when I was, we were going away for our anniversary night.

And my kids were old enough you know they were totally

old enough and they're like dad what are you guys gonna do and I'm like oh you're

on the tip you know of course you've got to be PG with your children but I would like thinking

in my head well when the screaming stops you know you know we're going to go out to
