Thanks for the introduction, too, and I'm just going to briefly explain how I got into the field of ADHD and women with ADHD and then moms with ADHD and to start I am a woman with

ADHD and I am a mother of a daughter that has ADHD and other special needs and I'm also the mother of a another daughter who does not have ADHD so I found that in my work doing a lot of nonprofit work with Chad and Adda and other agencies organizations that women

and moms were really feeling left out that they were so overwhelmed they didn't know how to

manage day-to-day activities and from the

amount of contact I got through my work I realized you know this was an area that

was really in need of resources and help. So I developed
