So Sandy, I thought I would pose to you first a question that came in earlier today from someone who said the following.

I'm a mother with ADHD myself with two kids, one with ADHD and autism and one with ADHD and

anxiety disorder and I cannot keep myself organized. I can't pay the bills, keep paperwork

straight from medical bills, keep track of all the paperwork for my son's college applications.

What do you suggest to keep track of paperwork?

I need a simple system that works for people with ADHD.

Well, first of all, Attitude magazine has helped thousands and thousands of individuals with ADHD live happier and healthier lives, so I'm really honored to be here to answer your questions.

Well, let's start with, you are the CEO of your household.

And I don't know of any CEO who doesn't have their own office, depending on how much space you have in your home, it may be a small office or it may be a large office. I'm not there to visually see what you have, but you do need

a place carved out to be able to carry out your duties and running your home.

And oftentimes when I help clients organizing,

you know, the office is a place to start.

You need a desk, you need a file cabinet, you need some

bookshelves, and you need a place for everything and its place.
