| 2:06.2 | to figure things out. Like, why did my husband have an affair? What caused him to cheat on me? What's wrong with me? What's wrong with me? What's wrong with him? And all day |
| 2:16.9 | long are thoughts bombard us. And this is what's keeping us from being happy. |
| 2:23.0 | When we aren't bombarded by thoughts, when we're just living in the present, we're happy. |
