So the growth and impact of aviation during the First World War is well known. It's sort of,

you know, part of the whole story. And part of that story was also the advent of

aerial bombardment. Now, the bombing raids that were launched were not just aimed at military

targets close to the fighting, but also included the bombing of military and civilian targets

away from the front. Setting aside kind of the technological advancements or military impact of

little bit about the mental impact that these raids had on people who had any other previous
