problem will cause affidavit and Alice is here she's come back from Alaska

So hello Alice and but it's not just Alice. We're also joined by the awesome team from the murder sheet who were going to talk to us as well and give us their thoughts and I'm just so we are so honored they were talking about how they were honored to join us. I mean that's ridiculous. We are honored to have you guys taking your time. You know, and I'll just say for anybody who doesn't know you go ahead and introduce yourselves. I can't imagine there are that many people who don't, but nevertheless.

I'm Kevin Greenlee, I'm an attorney, and I'm the other co-host of the Murder Sheet podcast, and it is an honor to be here. I remember when you

first started your podcast, I discovered it through Lance and Tim and I got pretty quickly.

Yeah. Lance and Tim, our podfathers.

Our podfathers. Yeah, those guys are awesome. And Kevin's not only a lawyer, he's a lawyer in Indiana.

Which is pretty valuable. Well, okay, so the big news, they released

the probable cause affidavit.

Were you guys, hey, you know, it was an affidavit, right?

Were y'all surprised by anything that was or was not in there?

Well, we were definitely caught off guard by a drop and we're literally in the middle of another

episode we were doing about change of venue, which of course is what the defense requested earlier today and then Kevin suddenly

yelled oh my goodness it just it just came out so we dropped everything right it very quickly

and then read it against more slowly. I think we're still in shock that it's finally out. There was so much from the prosecution in this case basically saying like we don't want to unseal it, it would be problematic.

And so basically the judge in this basically said,

I don't think it's problematic, here you go.

And just on that point,

is there, did anybody read anything in it that you're like, well, that's why they sealed it? Is that right there?
