We discuss her journey with her 85lb weight loss, starting with how she was affected by pressure to lose weight from a young age. She transformed her life over six years ago by losing over 85 pounds and having skin removal surgery and she had an amazing transformation, obviously.

In fact, at one point in the interview, I didn't stop her or say anything about this, but she said, like when I was done losing the weight, like very nonchalantly, like it was a finite thing, and I found that so refreshing because I think so many of us kind of feel like we're never done losing weight or even if we're not actively trying to like it'll always be a goal right or it will be a rewarding thing if it happens.
