How I do it is I use my 12 years experience as a professional athlete and then I team that with the fact that I tie into loads of different experts in different spaces and I pull it all together.

So I work with like great dieticians and a couple of PTs that I work with and then I went to cook

reschool so I'm pretty nifty in the kitchen and I tie it all together that way but it's always

has to be really easy and simple solutions and based in reality so I don't like

fads I like things for long-term health so it's about putting
