Welcome to Table Talk.

I'm Mark Ennis and I founded Power Strength Training Systems in June 2011 with my childhood friend Jared Beldeer. I was a 23 year old hometown kid with no business background but saw a void in the West Michigan training community and I wanted to fix it. In doing so, Power Strength has provided a platform for us to deliver our passion to hundreds of people across West Michigan.

It is a no-nonsense blue-collar atmosphere where self-intettlement doesn't belong.

As we always say, it doesn't matter how strong you are in the gym if you're a weak person outside the gym. We're in the business of developing people that goes far beyond the gym or the athletic field.

First impressions are a funny thing. We're best known for producing some of the best athletes in West Michigan.

That's kind of how we got our start initially. And now people are a little bit intimidated when they come in here and that's completely normal

until they come in and see our 12 year old athlete in our youth program or our 48 year old mother of three in our adult program or the 38 year old office manager coming in just to get a workout in.

We're always a results based gym around here putting a couple extra inches on the volleyball player is vertical or helping that NFL athlete perform better at a combine is always great and always our goal

but it goes much more beyond that it's about having the dad who had back surgery

have a little more energy to play with his kids it's about having that lifelong

bench-warmer create memories under the lights on a Friday night that will last a

lifetime we know what we have at PSTS is unique and special. We have tremendous support within our family and community. It's

always been our goal to only work with quality people, both inside the gym and out. Today's episode is
