Hey, everybody. Welcome back to the Preacher Boys podcast. Happy Friday. And I know what you're

wondering, why is there an episode of the Preacher Boys podcast dropping on a Friday instead

of a Sunday? And that's a good question. And I'll get to that question, but please be patient.

This week has been absolutely surreal, for lack of a better word.

I have felt every possible emotion you can feel since the premiere of Let Us Pray.

Officially seven days ago was the premiere of Part 1 of the docus series that is exposing abuse with an independent

fundamental Baptist churches. If you haven't watched it yet, you're going to see yours truly in the

series, but more importantly, you're going to hear from some incredible survivors, some who have

been on this show in the past you may have heard from before, and some you may have never heard of

and whose stories need to be heard. And I am telling you,

as somebody who was involved and I'm probably biased, I think this is an absolutely incredible,

incredible series. And from what I'm hearing from people online, it seems to be a sentiment that

is shared by a lot of people. I'm very thrilled with

how this series came out. I think the director, producer, the entire team behind it did an

amazing job. I'm incredibly honored to be a part of it. And I'm thankful that I got to hang out

with some incredible survivors who become close friends in person as we shot this series.
