for me that is what it means to be justified.

To know that God's declared righteousness and promise of forgiveness is true.

and theoretical sense we have to say well no God would not suffer but the fact of

the matter is, according to Holy Scripture, God, in the person of Jesus Christ, fully God, fully man, did suffer and even die.
