That's what I'm learning to try and do, be a lot softer and be a lot humbler and, you know,

and I'll be really honestly, the sunny thing is

really, really shaking me up. Yeah, I, I, I, p. It really shook me up. And I know there'd be a

lot of people feel like this. Damn, if he hadn't been alone, I would love him to come back, not to surf, but to see if he could sit down.

I would like to interview him and just pull apart his head and what that moment was like.

To show people that psychotic moment of five minutes or ten minutes or knowing people's pressure points,

no matter who or what you are, everybody has that same vulnerability and probably would end up

doing the same thing. You've got to admit and be able to look at yourself in the mirror and not say

I'm a fuck up and go, I'm not not well I have a sickness and I have to be

really really careful and you've got to be able to define what those trigger points are you

know like one of mine's rejection you know um the list gets pretty long actually but um and and understand you know and i know

sonny had that too and then when those little voices start and he talks about the dark

voices and i talk about those dark voices the enemy it just it takes you to a point where you feel there's no return.

And if you have a psychotic episode, which is just fuck it, you know, I'm fucking done.

When that actually isn't just words, but it becomes the action and then that's when you need someone

nearby.
