inspiration to talk to you today. It's been a very interesting week. I don't know if you guys have noticed this about me over the

past couple months, but there has been a lot of ups and downs and that's been

emotionally in my life. There's just a lot going on and things are just changing and

It's not a bad thing. It's actually quite a great thing that life is advancing and things are changing and you know life is getting

better and better it seems but I'm not sure if you've noticed but my emotions have kind of just been

up and down I guess a lot and I just haven't been feeling 100%

safe in a way like there's just a lot of change going on and I've come to realize that I think it's more of a control thing like I was very used to, you know, running my business basically by myself, now I have a lot of people involved and giving out responsibility was

Seemingly difficult for me

Because I'm just so it's my baby. You know my my whole business has been my life over the past a year.

And things are just advancing and changing and it's, like I said, great, but it's been interesting

to navigate my personal development through doing that because I've been quite

distracted since my number one focus has been my baby my business.

So yeah I just kind of felt inspired right now to talk about my weekend I had a great session I have been working with a holistic doctor, a atropathic doctor, I mean, Dr. Mallory, and she's become a good friend of mine.

And we've started doing weekly sessions because I felt like I needed a therapist, but not really a therapist.

She's kind of, I don't know, Dr. Mallory, she's amazing.
