My story isn't anything special, but it's mine to tell, and it started me on my journey.

I found Papa Swolio about three years ago while I was sitting in the hospital watching my daughter receive treatment for leukemia. I don't remember the specific podcast number, but he was talking about

It was at that moment that I decided no matter how much time I may have left with my daughter,

healthy for her as I could. After several personal setbacks, loss of jobs, et cetera, I got off my

back, it's all because of the seven pillars that I am as successful as I am today.

I'm not a picture guy, but I can tell you that I went from nearly 260 pounds down to

198 pounds with moderate exercise and the elimination diet back up to 225 with more physical

ability than I have ever had my life. I now have my dream job as a

firefighter paramedic, a healthy family and loving every minute of life, and I owe it all to
