So can you talk a little bit about your health journey?

You talk about fasting, keto, running, you tried everything,

So I've been a journalist science journalist for many years now, and writing for the scientific

And so I was always in this world of nutrition and health and biological sciences and also at the same time in my private life I was always interested in how to live long and healthy, especially when I became a parent eight years ago, kind of I went into

overdrive of this healthy nutrition stuff. I really wanted to make sure that our family was

healthy, that my daughter was healthy, growing well obviously.
