| 0:21.0 | well, this is what I'm going to work towards and this is what's going to happen. |
| 0:26.2 | And though these are beautiful words, they have in them pain and suffering if we're not careful. |
| 0:34.6 | One of the most intense times I remember struggling with control was when I was in graduate |
| 0:40.0 | school and I had the opportunity to travel to India to study the various religions from that |

| 0:47.4 | Well, I was there for over two months and I decided it was time to come home. |
| 0:52.4 | I've never been really good with heat in India can get quite hot in the summer. |
| 0:57.8 | My flight left from India once a week and I decided to go to the airport a week earlier to see if I could go on standby and come back home. |
| 1:07.0 | And up to this point, all my decisions were fine, but when I got there, I began to let my ego take control and my ego went crazy. |

| 1:21.0 | This is going to be really bad if I don't get home. I need to get home. |
| 1:26.0 | And on and on it went. And I suffered so much during that time. |
| 1:31.0 | It was truly awful, but it was awful not because of the events that were happening. |
| 1:37.4 | It was awful because of the stories that I was creating in my head. |
| 1:42.4 | And it was sad because in my mind one thing had to happen and that was |
| 1:47.9 | I needed to get on that plane and come home, but that may not have happened. And because my mind kept saying, it has to happen, |
| 1:57.0 | it has to happen, it has to happen, I created this incredible suffering that I didn't need to go through. But thankfully |
