Listening to him and looking at his content, I began to individualize my nutrition and my training,

and I added a mobility routine and started meditating.

I also realized I don't cover enough of recovery, which is pillar number four,

so I've been taking care of this.

All of this and a daily dose of Papa Swolio on the Daily Swole podcast has helped me to become

more accountable and consistent, which is pillar number seven.

So I was good.

I think, okay, I missed a lot of things, but now I'm good.

I have all I need.

Then I joined the Swolfam in October,

and I met, you guessed it, the Swolfam. As I said in a post, quote, you are so amazing.

If anyone has a question, a doubt, a failure, a victory, a struggle, you are here with answers,

advice, cheering, support, experiences,

congratulations, and kindness. It's always non-judgmental, very realistic, and also practical.

Even reading the comments on other posts is heartwarming. Lost in my country, I realized how much

I missed it.

But it's more than this.
