I think I used to beat myself up about always changing.

Like, like, dang, I can't stay the same.

I'm always interested in something new.

And sometimes I felt like that could be to the detriment of my partner.

Because I just may not be interested in them anymore, to be honest.

It was a relationship I was in, in my early 20s.

Like I was 19, probably until like I was 23 1923 it was very serious it was a

very serious relationship good um I learned a lot from this person and I remember years later

like I hadn't talked to that person since we broke up and I think I really didn't I didn't talk to them for maybe like five

six years I think it was a while and I remember having this one day I was like I just want to

talk to them I want to see how they're doing like that just kind of came to me and I didn't

fight it I said okay let me reach out to this person and let's see if we can meet up whenever I'm in town and I was able to meet up and we chatted. One thing he told me was,

because let me tell you this, there's something that I felt like, like, I feel like, I feel like

when people meet me in romantic relationships,

like I feel like they get, they like are introduced to a side of me, right?

And they get to know me over time.

And through that romantic relationships, I grow, I change, I evolve,

there's new things that I'm interested in. Other things that I'm not interested in.

And I think I used to beat myself up about always changing. Like, dang, I can't stay the same. I'm always interested in something new.
