Absolutely.

You have on a really a familiar story, a story that a lot of our listeners have gone through and I think that

they're going to gain a lot of rapport with you when they hear what you had to go through in your life and then what you've done, especially in

the last 14 months with launching Get Well B. I'd love for you to start by

sharing your story. What happened in your life that led you to be such a passionate person around the holistic health space?

I'm happy to share it. It's a long one, so I will do my best to make it concise but essentially it

started mostly when I was 11 years old I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease at the same time as my younger brother.

In fact, he had it.

Yes, he had it much more severely than I did and it was only discovered that I had Lyme because I really

only suffered from fatigue and some short-term memory loss but he had horrible

joint pain, cognitive, you know, cognitive issues as well as memory loss and fatigue.

And so we were both diagnosed at the same time and we both were, you know, we went to a conventional doctor.

My parents, you know, weren't particularly integrative in how they thought or holistic or,

you know, hippies or whatever people say the stigma is but
