Are you sick and tired of recruiting people to your team -- only to have them fail?

So many times we think our newest team member is the also going to be the newest rock star and that individual is 'the key' to your team skyrocketing to the next level.

However, because of an ineffective onboarding system, that new team member never takes off as you imagine.  In fact, they just stop right in their tracks and quit the business.   

If this is happening to you, it might be because you are what we call an ACCIDENTAL LEADER. 

Here's the good news though, with a different mindset and a different plan, you can get out of the accidental leader role.
