It's been rough as we talked offline.

First of a shout to LSM fan and everybody who hit me up behind the scenes. Just in general, obviously, I had my procedure last week. And like I said, surgery was actually not that bad. I've had many surgeries before. I accept them surgeries. I had a gall battle remove, you know what a trooper. Yeah, what a trooper. Yeah, you know, so I'm the surgery thing. I do it, but like the recovery, oh boy, this has been rough. This has definitely been rough than I anticipated and it's taken a lot. I even had to call them and just be like, hey, is, is there, have I regressed? Is this supposed to be happening? And they were like, no, no, no, you're fine. Give me some over-the-counter stuff to kind of help me out. I got my post-op next Tuesday. But I felt yesterday I turned a little bit of a corner. So I was like, okay, hopefully we're getting better. But yeah, this is rough, but we got to do it. And obviously, I'm inspired by our guest who's on today. And because in order for me, the reason why I had to accelerate this

is because in my family,

the men on my mom's side have all, you know, have not been here because of one thing.

And the big C is a scary thing.

And I think as men, we don't do early detection.

We don't take advantage and go.

And I definitely want to spy my guest who's here because we would have said him a lot love. First of all, I'm glad to see our guests. Yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Gene, how are you, sir? Hey, how's it going, everybody? Well, first of all, well, talk to Cagoa, what he said. Yeah, man, if you guys saying something's wrong, get it checked out, you know, Lord knows if I had gotten myself checked out earlier.

You know, I did try to once I realized something was wrong and I just couldn't get it in.

Remember, this was at the start of like COVID and everything. It was real hard to get appointments and anything. And I was getting misdiagnosed and

everything at that. But like, you know, like if I had checked like maybe like four or five years

earlier, I probably would have found something and, you know, maybe I wouldn't have as much trouble.

So get yourself checked out.
