last 14 years I think there's layers to your question so initially I started power of positivity after a decade and a half ago I hit rock bottom and

living a positive lifestyle and having a positive mindset really helped my self-worth, my self-love, and it transformed literally every area of my life.

And so when Facebook started pages, at the time I was working for other companies on their social

media pages and I thought, I'm just going to make something for myself and I'm not going to make it about work because you know I was trying not to be a workaholic again and not start that trend and and so

I started power positivity from that place of just wanting to help other people with what was helping me.

And then also keep myself accountable for this lifestyle.
