Happy Friday. It is Friday, July the 28th, and we are fresh off our famous Swole Fam roundtable

We got some throwbacks.

We got a lot of absolutely epic drive mall gainings, but we don't post them publicly anymore because, well, we fucking get banned pretty much immediately. We kind of got away with it for a while because it was early. It was before all the hardcore censorship. So I'm kind of grand, I'm hardcore shadow band.

My shit barely gets out into the public.

But I'm grandfathered in.

So my insanity is grandfathered in on social media platforms.

And although we've had some kind of hiccups here and there,

I think we all agree that,

you know, I think YouTube and the algorithms just notice, well, this shit has been fucking insane for since 2016.

And we're just going to let Papa play in his sandbox in the corner and we just won't tell anyone he's there.

So you have to come and find my shit.

You have to really hunt for it.

But we don't post the dry mold gaining publicly, but we do go hard. We go absolutely fucking deep, but we do it for members. So that'll be going live at the end of today's
