When you think about traditions in your own life, most likely you'll be

thinking of something that you or your family does on a regular basis that brings

order and a familiar reconformation of community often through the celebration or commemoration of a person or event.

There is no doubt that traditions are important parts of culture.

And what's the opposite of tradition?

Often people juxtapose the idea of tradition

with the idea of modernity.
