Good. Glad to hear it. So I thought I'd start by telling the story of this third floor that I built

on my house. And so one of the things we did, we were going to build a log cabin on the third floor

of this semi-detached house right in downtown Toronto. Tammy and I thought about that. I guess we

wanted to carve it out in the woods, but we thought we could at least build one on our third floor.
