Hey everyone and welcome back to Big Mad True Crime where we get Big Mad over True Crime.

I'm your host Heather Ashley and today you'll be hearing part six of the Jason Corbett case.

Small talk sucks so let's dive in. Last week we left off with Tracy landing in the US, learning that Jason hadn't died from a fall,

and rushing over to Molly's brother's house so she could see her niece and nephew,

but before she could even get to the door, police were there.

According to Tracy's book, My Brother Jason, it was actually a neighbor who had called,

but why would a neighbor call the police?

Initially, my head went to, well, the kid's father was just killed and they might be on high alert,

but his killers were literally in that house, so who was the threat?

But alas, remember Remember Molly had filed for emergency custody

out of some kind of fear that Tracy was going to take the kids and fly off to Ireland.

But I mean she kind of had every right to.

Jason had written in his will that they would go to Tracy and her husband David

if anything happened to him and clearly something had happened to him. This will was

written prior to marrying Molly but it definitely says a lot that he never

changed it. I think it's also interesting that it was a neighbor who called the cops.

What did they think was happening?

What story had Molly presumably told them that they were the ones on such high alert.

Perhaps an international kidnapping plot?

Honestly, we just don't know the answer there, but it was worth mentioning.

Now that Tracy was in the U.S. she wanted to see Jason.

She knew he wasn't alive anymore, but she wanted to see her brother one last time.
