So I just want to take one quick second here and thank you all for coming. This has been a lot

of work and we're really grateful to have so many people here to appreciate it and to share

in this community and I just have really felt a lot of love here today. We are going to start

with a musical performance by Eric Kulik. It's going to be singing and performing a song called

Bearing Witness, which I think is fitting at the beginning of our little testimony meeting here.

And then I'm going to take the opportunity to say a couple things before I turn it over to you,

but we'll go with Eric first. Go ahead.

Maybe say a few words. I guess a little of coming up later on. It's been an amazing experience.

I've been so grateful for everything that John and everybody else has done has gone through.

Everyone's wondering about where we're going. What's going on? I really think that this is a

major watershed moment for us. This is like our first annual, hopefully, annual. I'd love to

help so good. A conference to really to speak to the voices of those who have been

trodden upon, who have been less than perfectly fitting them all of the community that we've
