today? Yeah, so I have a problem with partying and it's basically it goes

basically like this that I'm like super excited about going to a party and

meeting people and having fun and dancing. Well before I I'm preparing myself to

go I feel like really anxious and almost like I don't want to go and then I'm

yeah I'm really confused about that and anyways because I'm like I want to have

a good time but then yeah the party ends up being not so fun and I use drugs

or drink a lot and then yeah to numb my anxiety and yeah so and it works right

it does it does numb your anxiety it yeah it does it does work okay and then

let me ask a couple things. The first one is did like all your friends parties

that a big part of your social world? No so that's yeah that's the other thing I

I don't have a friend group I have friends all over and so some of my friends

don't want like to party some of my friends like to party but not the same kind

of parties as me so yeah so I end up going alone sometimes or sometimes to

somebody I don't really connect that much yeah yeah that makes sense so another

question I have is are you concerned about your substance use or is that not

part of the question? It's not so much part of the questions the question but I

it's really hard for me in that situation not to drink even I really really

don't want to yeah okay and then when you drink do you like block out or anything
