| 1:27.6 | And then once you start to try and build back up, if you take an actual full on break, it's like 10 times harder to get back to it. |
| 1:36.1 | So I think as especially the past like five years, I've tried to just not really like take a break fully, but just more so focus on just like strengthening stuff and like focusing on fixing things or whatever it may be in the beginning. |
| 1:50.5 | Yeah, maintenance mode kind of. The things you really do in season, you know, while you're playing. So I try and like do that and do more stuff that's less pounding on the joints. |
