Hi everybody welcome to the show I am very excited about today's episode I shared a

little bit about it last week when I recorded it but for so many reasons I just am so excited for you

guys to hear this one and I was so excited to have the opportunity to sit down with my guest today.

So I'm talking to Sally Crochek.

I will get to her career and who she is in a minute,

but sometimes in my career, I've had moments

where I'm just very present and very grateful

for the opportunities that I have and where this has all gone and I just

feel like I'm really in the flow and that was how I felt the entire time that Sally and I were recording.

She is such an incredible woman and I was just so grateful that she wanted to sit down and talk to me and it was a conversation that is going to benefit so many listeners and I just remember

sitting there and feeling like this is what it's all about you know you hear people say it's not about a destination.

It's about the process and I really felt so grateful for the process

or the part of the process that I am currently experiencing in my career and just the chance to meet and talk to so many cool people and hear feedback from you guys and know that you are, you know,

resonating with these conversations.
